Software Engineer (Intern)
Software Engineer Intern is someone who is responsible for contributing to software design and software development. Software Engineer Intern collaborates with other team members in creating secure and reliable software solutions.
We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another.
The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.
The Software Engineer (Intern) is expected to(Responsibilities):
- Developing applications (coding, programming)
- Debugging and testing code
- Documenting and testing new software applications
- Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
- Collaborating with senior leaders
- Approaching problems and creating solutions
- Proactively learning about new technologies
Requirements/Skills
- Server side development using either Java or NodeJS
- Familiarity with setting up and developing in a Linux* or Android* environment
- Experience of C++ including some familiarity with the C++11 standard
- In the process of pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to code really well in at least one language
- Familiar with functional and object oriented paradigms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
